1 Acceptance of Terms

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Abusing the bonus system through systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards ku9apk support staff or other players on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any software or system used to operate the Platform.

7.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that ku9apk cannot guarantee that you will win. You agree to gamble responsibly, within your financial means, and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ku9apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or any regulatory requirement.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider in bad faith.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy may apply — see section 8.3).
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure submitted via live chat or email.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for any reason, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms and any applicable game rules. If closure is initiated by the player, any remaining real money balance (after settlement of open bets and deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ku9apk.

8.7 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact ku9apk's customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ku9apk will acknowledge dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to resolve all player complaints within 28 days of receipt.

8.8 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
